Content of the gift voucher:

Important information:

• The voucher is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
• The purchased voucher is independently available for the services provided by Hotel Captain.
• The cost of the voucher will be credited from the total amount of services used.
• In case, the total amount of services used is higher like the cost of the voucher, the difference is payable on site with cash, bank card or SZÉP card (depending on services used).
• In case, the total amount of services used is lower like the cost of the voucher, there are no possibility for the reimbursement and in cash payment of the difference.
• The voucher is usable once, in case of the remainder, there is no possibility to use several times (We reccomend purchasing more low value vouchers.).
• Prior arrangement is require for using of the voucher, please, indicate for the number of voucher during the booking. In case of unscheduled using, we can not accept the voucher on site.
• The voucher functions as a money, therefore, hand it over on site.

Methods of payment:

You must pay the cost of the pack immediately if you would pay with bank card. Upon receipt of the amount, the hotel will send the voucher in PDF format in e-mail message within 2 days. The hotel issues an advance payment bill about the received amount which requires the billing name and adress during the ordering or separately in e-mail, on sales@hotelkapitany.hu e-mail adress. Our given prices do not include the tourist tax whose value is 490HUF/person/night above 18 years.
