Payment methods

You must pay the cost of the pack immediately if you would pay with bank card, however, in case of bank transfer, you must pay within 5 days of ordering. Upon receipt of the amount, the hotel will send the voucher in PDF format in e-mail message within 2 days. The hotel issues an advance payment bill about the received amount which requires the billing name and adress during the ordering or separately in e-mail, on sales@hotelkapitany.hu e-mail adress.
Our given prices do not include the tourist tax whose value is 490HUF/person/night above 18 years.

Online credit card payment:
During online credit card payment, the Guest will be placed on SimplePay’s secure payment page from the preparer payment page of the website after the information requested has been provided, where there is necessary to give card datas which are important for paying. The Hotel does not know about the datas of the SimplePay paying website, because it is an independent and protected website. SimplePay keeps track of transactions because of the user chardholder’s security, thus guaranteed the security of the online payment process.

What are the steps of the transaction?

• With pushing the Pay button you will be placed to the SimplePay payment website, where you start the transaction with giving the datas of the bank card.
• After giving the datas of the bank card, check the correctness of the datas.
• Processing of the transaction starts in banking processing system.
• You get a message about the result of the payment in E-mail, furthemore, we will redirect you to the website of the Service Provider.

Accepted types of cards: Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express Warning!
In cases of Maestro and Visa Electron cards the issued bank lays down the online using of the card. If the issued bank allowed, the system of SimplePay would accept.

Warning! Please, during the bank transfer, indicate the customer’s name and order number in the comment box and enter separately the billing adress. In case, the bank transfer will come from another name, please, indicate in advance.

Our hotel accepts OTP, MKB and K&H SZÉP card. If you would like to pay the cost of the gift coupon with SZÉP card, do not choose wire transfer payment method because that is not possible to do posteriorly modification and referral back is not possible.

Cancellation conditions:
The purchased voucher is not returnable, but the pack is not personalised, therefore, it is transferable for anyone. You must pay the cost of the pack immediately if you would pay with bank card, however, in case of bank transfer, you must pay within 5 days of ordering.
