Cancellation policy:
- You can cancel your reservation one day before arrival
- No advance payment is required to confirm your booking
- Valid for all rest preiods from 16 March to 20 May (Exception: special weekends, Easter, Pentecost, 1 May)
- Services ordered can be cancelled up to 7 days before arrival without having to pay penalty. In case of cancellation within 7 days before arrival, the customer is obliged to pay 50% of the total amount confirmed.
- In case of cancellation on the day of arrival, or in case of late arrival or early departure within the confirmed period of stay, the guest is obliged to pay 100% of the confirmed amount for the entire period booked.
- No advance payment is required.

Medieval feast: If you wish to change your pre-ordered Medieval Feast to half board (due to food intolerance or any other illnesses), you have to inform us until 2.00 pm on the day of the programme; in case of changes made after 2.00 pm we charge HUF 3.000 for adults and HUF 2.000 for children as a cancellation fee.
